Which animals are supported?
Dogs and cats. Other species may be added in future updates.
Is my data private and secure?
Your data is stored only on your iPhone and in your personal iCloud. MediPaw uses no third-party servers. No information is ever sold or shared.
Does the app work on several devices?
Yes. iCloud sync lets you use MediPaw on all your Apple devices signed in to the same iCloud account (iPhone, iPad). Your data syncs automatically.
How do I share tracking with someone close to me?
From your pet's profile, send an invitation link (WhatsApp, iMessage, email…). Both of you see updates in real time, even with different iCloud accounts. MediPaw must be installed on the invited person's device.
My reminders don't appear. What should I do?
Check that:
- notifications are allowed for MediPaw in Settings → Notifications;
- the app has been opened at least once after creating a treatment;
- the treatment times are set correctly.
If the problem persists, close and reopen the app.
What is the difference between the free version and MediPaw Plus?
Free: 1 pet, 1 treatment, 1 prescription, today's journal. MediPaw Plus (one-time purchase, no subscription):
- unlimited pets, treatments and prescriptions;
- full health journal history;
- calendar navigation (past and future);
- PDF report export.
How do I restore my MediPaw Plus purchase?
In the app, open MediPaw Plus and tap "Restore Purchases". Use the same Apple ID as for the original purchase.
How do I export a PDF report?
With MediPaw Plus, from the Journal tab or a pet's profile, tap the export icon to create and share a full PDF report.
How do I reach emergency veterinary numbers?
MediPaw includes the contact details of the two French veterinary poison control centres (CNITV Lyon and CAPAE-Ouest Nantes), available in the app for a one-tap call.
Which countries and languages is the app available in?
MediPaw is available in French, English, Spanish and Italian on the App Store.
